I've built businesses across two countries, guided travellers through Scandinavia, helped people relocate their lives, and studied the science of change. Now I help others do the same.

With an MBA, 25+ years of entrepreneurship, and a degree in sports science and neuroscience (spring 2027), I work at the intersection of AI strategy, neuroscience-informed coaching, and Scandinavian cultural expertise.

Based in Skåne, splitting my time with the Stockholm archipelago. I'm particularly interested in the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it — and how to close it.
